If you are given an option you will go in for c- section or you will prefer normal delivery? Both of them have advantages and disadvatages, what would be your choice?

I would have to say that I could choose a normal birth, rather than a c-section. The recovery time is less than a traditional birth, as we can start to get in shape better. This way, we can begin to get back in shape quicker, after the brith, and help our bodies to recover quicker.

I have experienced both and this is very true that recovery is much faster after normal delivery. The routine life doesn't get disturbed at all, the mommy can look after the baby as well as herself. I felt that it was easier for me to get back into shape after normal delivery than to c-section one.

Vaginal all the way.  Recovery is much faster, a section is major abdominal sugery.  I developed blood clots after my section and had to go on blood thinners, and it was a scary time.

i had a c-section but had no problems …just few precautions of not bending and not lifting weight for initial months….i am sure that's not tough..but the normal delivery can create ground for cervical cancer later on
