A large portion of women experience the sickness in the morning, others feel sick towards evening and yet others, I too, feel nauseated throughout the day. Even the smell of food is enough to put me off. How to improve the situation is a big question. Just follow the tips described below. I feel it will definitely help you.

* Take small and frequent meals.

* Do not stay hungry for fear of vomiting, as it will only make your nausea worse. As soon as you wake up in the morning, have something dry and solid to eat – like biscuits.

* Try not to take solids and liquids together. Also, avoid fried and spicy food.

* Do not force yourself to eat what you do not like, even if people tell you that it is good for pregnancy.

* Modify your diet according to your altered tastes. Time enough to improve on your diet in the remaining 6 months when the nausea usually subsides.

* Keep some toffee/cardamom in your mouth – it will help decrease your nausea. Avoid smells that provoke nausea.

I really thank to GOD that I didn't go through any morning sickness while I was pregnant. Most of my friends really suffered on it. Based on my experience shared by my mum is that you need to eat the right food, get plenty of rest, eat small amount of foods rather than large but don't stop eating, wear comfortable clothes, ginger can be helpful and drink lots of water.
