As for me, I do 30 mins of yoga everyday. It works like magic. Believe me .

Yoga has the capability of changing your perspective. It makes you a better person and you have more control over yourself.

So everyone share your stuff with us and do try Yoga!!

I do yoga a couple of times a week, Usually hot Yoga, but since I am preggo I was told to avoid it from my physician because the temperatures can reach up to 140 degrees. For this reason, I run three times per week on the treadmill a couple to four miles each time. Following a healthy diet, and not succombing to craings will help me to stay fit during pregnancy.

I prefer to swim. But some expert says that the best sport for your brain is chess, because its the only sport that will prevent your brain to be old. I think some yoga can be combine with swimming, especially if you like the smooth effects of it.

Yes, I do yoga or it is better to say yogacise daily. It helps me to lose weight all over in specific areas of my body. It helps me to relax.  It has brought relief to me with backaches. And I can guarantee that if regularly done, yogacise will free you from backache forever.

Yoga is the life & energy.

I do Hatha yoga and it can be very helpful for preganant ladies, both in the build upto and after the birth.  Ofcourse, strenuous exercise is not recommended but the combination of relaxing breathing and stretches, not to mention muscle strengthening, can be used to prepare the body for the delivery and post delivery recovery.

I also find that it helps me to relax and sleep well, when I get a quiet minute to myself!!!!!!

I'm just going to reply to myself!! and add that especially if pregnant, yoga should be done under the tutillage of a good, qualified instructor.  There are actually special classes/courses for mums/to be and it might be best to get enrolled on  one of those.  At least make any new instructor aware of your condition, and they can tailor any lesson to fit your needs. Has anyone else found that a good yoga teacher they suggest in there local area?
