I'm just curious. Do you see history repeating itself in your speech or actions? Have you adopted something from your own childhood unconsciously? I get flashbacks almost when saying things like “if she jumped in the river, would you do it too?”, which was a favorite of my Dad's.

I also had this habit of feeding my son baby food with the accompanying roar of jet engines coming from my mouth. ” Nrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! Open the hangar!!!” I can remember hearing that phrase all my life growing up from not only my own mother but aunties and grandmas, especially when my baby brother was born almost a decade after me. My sister's done it with her kids and I did it with mine. Does that make it a tradition I wonder. I know I can't be the only one!
